We are hiring a full-time BCBA/ABA Program Supervisor at our Kent/Covington, WA location. Enjoy an easy “reverse traffic” commute to our clinic from Seattle, Bellevue and Tacoma (<35 mins). Minimal job-related travel.

In addition to the ABA services we offer, Mindsource Center provides neuropsychological assessment and autism diagnosis; mental health counseling; social skills groups and parent training.

Our clinic is located in a lovely, wooded setting and conveniently situated at the crossroads of Highway 18 at Kent-Kangley Road (Highway 516), with easy on/off access to both highways. We typically serve families who live within a 15-minute drive of our clinic, primarily from nearby communities of Auburn, Maple Valley, Covington, Renton, Issaquah, Federal Way and Kent.

About the Role**

The ABA Program Supervisor/BCBA designs and implements treatment programs for a diverse set of clients while managing a small caseload, and:

  • Conducts assessments
  • Writes and reviews treatment plans
  • Provides clinical oversight to staff to Program Managers and Certified Behavior Technicians
  • Provides mentoring, training, and evaluates performance of supervisees.
  • Works as a member of our leadership team.
  • Follows internal policies

What We Require**

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate; licensed or license-eligible as Washington State LBA
  • Reliable means of transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a rigorous background check.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments including home, clinic, community and school settings.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and a love for learning are also essential
  • Strong communication skills with ability to give and receive professional feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of clinical experience as a BCBA
  • Clinical experience as an ABA program supervisor
  • Experience with Precision Teaching or fluency-based ABA instruction
  • Bilingual and/or bicultural background.

About the Role

The ABA Program Manager works under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the following capacity:

  • Performs mid-level supervision and case management for a team of Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) and a diverse set of clients.
  • Serves as assistant to the BCBA by reviewing data, adjusting treatment programs, supporting CBTs in the implementation of treatment plans, and other such tasks as may be assigned in accordance with experience level and qualifications.

Our multi-disciplinary team provides a wrap-around approach to treatment, including neuropsychological assessment, diagnosis, mental health counseling, group therapy, and intensive applied behavioral analysis (ABA). As a CBT you can expect to gain valuable experience working in the high demand field of behavioral health, under supervision from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our ABA services are delivered in group, center, school, home, and community settings. When working off site, most locations involve less than 15 minutes of travel time, with mileage paid.

Minimum Requirements:

* Must be 18

* Reliable source of transportation and a valid driver’s license

* Must pass criminal background check

* Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships

* Able to work in a variety of environments including home, clinic, community and school settings

* Must have High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Washington CBT or RBT Certification

* 1-2 years of clinical experience in a position that utilizes ABA

* Experience with Precision Teaching a plus
